Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 

Custom orders (Apparel, Tumblers, Accessories, Candles, Wood Signs) process in 3-7 business days and then take 1 business day to ship or be ready for order pickup. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. If a product does not arrive or is not delivered correctly, the delivery carrier will be responsible to investigate when you initiate a claim.  We save order tracking numbers if you need them.  

Local Pickup Policy

You will be notified via original order email when your order is ready for pickup.  We will make several attempts to setup a pickup day/time with you via email or phone provided at checkout.  There are no refunds for orders that are not picked up as each order is custom made.  After 30 days, we will ship your order (at lowest cost shipping rate) to your order address and charge your original payment method for the shipping cost.    

Return Policy

All of our products are printed or created on demand.  We post size charts for all of our apparel and do not offer returns (but our shipped products do have shipping insurance included if something arrives damaged).  Please reach out to us if you have questions about these products before buying, we will help help ensure you are happy with your purchase!  Visit our Facebook business page for more product images and details, we are also happy to answer any questions via PM on Facebook.
